I need an expert opinion for this. I would like to invite my fiance's mother in law to visit Canada to attend our wedding in few months from Syria, she has a syrian passport which is an unstable war area now.
My question is: her financial status in syria is fine and she works and all. The question is, which form of Visa will have a better chance, knowing that my fiance doesn't have an income. Would they accept as her fiance I sign for financial support if needed ? ( Income wise I meet well above the required income) but could the son in law be the person to apply for her ?
