Yes I already registered it was a requirement by IRCC.

I applied from India and I didn’t applied for work permits I waited for PR.

Our file was sent via courier and was completely offline.

it's only in recent times - I guess from this month it is made online. Once we get permanent numbers it can be turned online is what we know. We were all given temp numbers, to begin with.

I applied Startup Visa from online Permanent Residence portal. I submitted the application on 18 October 2021. As of today I am still waiting for AOR . I will inform when I get AOR.

I think only applicants applied before May 2020 have received AOR. All applications after May 2020 haven't received it yet.
