Can someone summarise the key take aways?

three things that I understood are

• few Start up with certain criterias will be processed faster and jump the backlog que
• all work permits will be open and for three years
• one can study full time on this work permit without additional study permit

No details are available yet because these are only announcements and not yet documented. Particularly SUV changes announced by minister may take few months to become a law or rules.

Probably we are the “37 month” case. AOR Oct 2022, still no update after two ADR

I was asked 6 times.
1- forms, passports and military + medical
2- police certificate
3- business plan and proof of fund
4- business progress and tax returns
5- business bank statements
6- child’s documents

1-2 month between each ADR.

Our case is 36 months in July. As I predicted before, I will be one month away from PR for ever

6- child’s documents

1-2 month between each ADR.

The first ADR is personal information updates. (IMM5669,etc)
The second one is the company's operation updates.

What does Pre arrival letter signifies for someone inside Canada?
Does it means that the PR has been approved?

No. It shows a little progress. But nothing certain.

Yes it's so frustrating. even upsetting.

Yes. They asked me the same contents but in 1 adr, and then medical request, and then my case done. I got PR approval

AOR: Middle September 2022
ADR1: January 2023 (many forms like other applications, proof of funds, business report, spouse military docs, bank statement in 6 months, etc.)
ADR2: medical request for spouse only
MP: 23 March 2023
Decision made (and approval letter): April 13.

Medical pass.
I got pre arrival 2 days b4 approval (on an email reply btw my lawyer and ircc officer, the later said my application was approved, and then passing to the landing process.
Agree with you that I've got luck on my case. But everyone whose have witnessed the development of my startup said that I am worthy with this result

Sure you are! I meant I have bad luck! They asked every part in a month or two.
