I know that international students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. As far as I know, non-Canadians are not allowed to start a business in Canada unless they have a Canadian partner. My question is that is it possible to start and run a small startup with a Canadian co-founder if I dedicate 20 hours per week to the business?
