Stamp visa for PGWP and spouse inside Canada

Hey Guys,
I got approval on my PGWP and also extension of SOWP. We both are in Canada. Now, I'm trying to submit the application to get stamp visa on our Passports. I can easily find my form, but when I choose "Apply for a family member" and selecting my wife, there is a weird question appeared which her situation does not match with any of them :
What does your family member want to do in Canada? (required)

• Apply to remain in Canada as a visitor
• Apply for or extend an open work permit
• Apply for or extend a study permit
• Apply for or extend both a work permit and a study permit

None of them applicable for her as she already has a work permit and just need a visa stamped on her passport. Any idea what I have to do ?

Can you check what does it say when you select "Apply to remain in Canada as a visitor". Also I am guessing by "getting stamp visa on passport" meaning you are applying for a TRV?

Yes, I mean the TRV, I choose any of these option and it ended up with the forms of study or work to be filled in Family member section.

I called the immigiration center and the operator advised to apply individually. I did that and got both visas. Although we got our PRs too
