Hi, I am currently working in Canada on closed work permit for a specific employer, and my spouse is also here with me on OWP(Open Work Permit).
Our permits were recently renewed a few months ago but our visas are currently expired.
We are currently in Canada, and want to re-apply for TRV because we plan to travel out of Canada for vacations, and return back to Canada.
When filling out the questionnaire for my spouse, I see the following question:
What does your family member want to do in Canada?
* Apply to remain in Canada as visitor
* Apply for or extend an OWP
* Apply for or extend a study permit
* Apply for or extend both a work permit and a study permit
Is Apply to remain in Canada as a visitor, the correct answer to this question since she already has a renewed work permit inside Canada and doesn't needs to apply or extend it again ?
Is imm5708e(Application to change conditions, extend my stay, or remain in Canada as visitor or temporary resident permit holder) the correct form to fill for my spouse who's on OWP ? Currently, her expired visa mentions the category as Worker.
As for me, imm5357e(Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa)) the correct application form to fill, even on a work permit ?
