Hi , please can you help my parents is under supervisa and they arrived here in Canada last October 11,2017 on their passport immigration officer asked them how long they will stay , my parent said if they can stay up 2 years. Their passport have stamp but we just noticed recently that the date on their passport is PG20171010. Not sure if that’s typo error. Now I’m not sure if I need to extend their stay.
 
That is their entry date into Canada unless you have made an error and they didn't arrive in October 2017.
 
The officer made a mistake because they arrived October 11,2017 but the date stamp on the passport is PG20171010

What was the time they cleared Immigration ?

It might be an error by the immigration officer , but I'm sure in the system the correct date was entered .
 
Please help! I keep on contacting to immigration for inquiries but always busy and call again . Please let me know where I can go to check what’s on the record.
