St Claire OFFICE - DM WAITING FOR OATH

I got decision made back in November 2016 and as at March 31st ,no Oath invite .

What is going on with CIC? Oath invites used to be fast ,why the delays?.

If your file is at the St Claire office, please give insight to your timeline.

Also is it possible to request Oath ceremony in Mississauga (ask for file to be moved from St Claire office to Mississauga)? Because they have more oath ceremonies in a month than St Claire.

Decision made 10 June 2017, still waiting for the oath invitation, my office is st Clair

Decision made on file when I log in after the Canada day probably Jul 3rd - it's been 12 days - just 1 line decision made . But no oath lines - just keeping myself happy with looking at decision made - my office is st-Claire non-routine application with RQ - i wonder when will i receive my oath letter? - Any guess
