I will be eligible for my citizenship on month of December 2017
But I will move to Toronto my month of May 2018
Because my sister and brother Uncel every one lives in Toronto
Now I am living SK
So my question if I apply citizenship application December 2017 and move to Toronto next May , do you think it will make problem my citizenship application process , will it make delay , will it make non routine.

I'm sorry but I don't think anyone can tell if this will delay your application or not. There is too many humans involved.
It is, of course, totally fine if you move during your application. Just inform them about an address change. But again, I can't say if this will delay the application or not. It will, however not officially make it "non-routine".
