We are unlucky as we are with NDVO. Some MI-1 applicants from other visa offices like Manila, Singapore, London etc. who have applied after us have received maple leaf on their passports, whereas we are still waiting for MR.

NDVO had started processing of application since last January, 9 months already completed.
The Human baby born in this time span and NDVO still not doing anything.
I worried it would be other flop-show as pre-june 2008 applicants.

I don't think that our fate is like that of pre feb-08 applicants because all of us are already having "In Process Dates". So, once our files are in process they are bound to give decision, whether positive or negative.
People are desperate because time to get decision has exceeded beyond one's thought (remember in 2nd AOR, they promised to give decision within 8-12 months). We all know we will be there in Canada, but the million dollar question is "WHEN"?
