SPP Study VISA queries 2016-17!!!!!!!

Hi Guys

I have applied for study VISA today i.e. 19th July 2016 in SPP category so by what date I should expect decisioning on my application. Also kindly resolve my query that after completing my 10th class in 2007 i gave my 12th in 2009 but with lower grades so i again gave 12th exams and passed with decent score in 2010. unfortunately i misplaced my marksheet of 2009 so i was not able to submit that. so this 1 year gap can result in rejection of my application??

u didn't need to submit your 10th marksheet coz under spp they ask for only latest qualification

thnx buddy but according to my agent all documents after 10th class is required....so i had given all those documents including 10th class marksheet to my agent and they applied for VISA yesterday.....now i had no documented record for the year 2009....should i need to give some explanation to visa officer for it or it won't be required??

if they will ask you, you hv to provide that copy of certificate or something proof

I lost that transcript and i also dont have copy of it.....so any written explanation for it will work or not?
I once again recall that due to low grades in 12th class in 2009, I once again gave exams of 12th class and get good grades in 2010.....I had provided new marksheet of 12th class which was given in 2010 but i was not able to provide marksheet of exam given in 2009. My application is of SPP category.
