I am gonna apply for study permit but as i have 1 year extra gap in between 10th and 12th, so my consultant said that I don't have to submit 10th marksheet because under SPP checklist only lastest qualification marksheet is required.
What should I do?

if you have good marks then you should submit 10th marks but you'd have to explain what were you doing in that 1 year gap. If you have good marks in 12th then it'd be wise to not to submit 10th marks.
