SPP backlog major help needed for future

I am currently pursuing Btech in Computer Science and here is my score till now

10 - 80%
12 - 75%
Btech ( till 6th sem ) - 56%
IELTS - 7 ( no band less than 6.5 )


Due to low percentage in Btech I will apply under SPP and choose a PGD course in IT field.

I have this query. I had backlogs during my course of BTech from the start but I cleared them on time and the college never mentioned a backlog in the semester wise marksheet.But there is problem in the marksheet. The year written on top of the marksheet is the year of in which I cleared my subject of that semester. E.g. - my first semester marksheet should have year 2013 written on it but it has 2015 written as I gave an exam later.
This is the case with my first 5 semesters sheet.What should I do? Should I explain this in the sop as why my semester mark sheets are like that ? (I have a reason for backlog...as I was busy in co curricular activities this happened.) Will it affect my visa cancellation because in the end I don't have any back ?

And another query.....does the visa office needed a transcript which is like a consolidated marksheet that is having all semester mentioned in one sheet or can I give semester wise mark sheet ?

For Backlogs you need a backlog summary report from your College/ Uni. SOP alone may not help you in this. Even though it's not stated anywhere in checklist but people get rejection due to - Missing marksheet.

Semester wise marksheet is required and not consolidated one.

I have seen people getting visa with 8-10 backlogs but try to improve your percentage or otherwise have that explained in SOP.

Thank you for replying but what do you mean by missing marksheet ? I have all the marksheets....it's just the year that's written on them that's the problem...

Thank you for replying but what do you mean by missing marksheet ? I have all the marksheets....it's just the year that's written on them that's the problem...

Year problem is classified as Missing marksheet and thats why you need Backlog Summary.

Sorry, what is extreme length? You just need a backlog summary on College or Uni letterhead. If you already applied you can't do anything. Maybe luck favours you and VO fails to notice the missing marksheet. Good Luck.
