As we were not claiming the CRS points for my spouses education I answered no for "Has X (my spouse) completed high school?" in both the express entry profile and the PR application. His education was also over 10 years ago so we have not included in his personal history section.
He did finish high school but there will be no record of this on our application - does count as misrepresentation or do CIC not care as it does not count towards our CRS score/eligibility?
