Personal Activities - Co-op jobs

Hi, I am completing my application after receiving an ITA, and I have a few questions.

For Personal History in the past 10 years, I know co-op jobs during university don't count towards work experience. Do they need to be included in the Personal Activities section? And if I include co-ops, should I select Education instead of Employment for the activity type?

Also I need to enter high school during the asked time period, and I have a high school diploma. Will I be asked to provide a proof of that? I am not claiming points from it's not my highest education.

Lastly, for any gaps in between (e.g. summer vacations) should I just enter Unemployed?

I put internships in personal history & said employment. but wrote that unpaid "internship" something like that.

I just mentioned internship for these. I had to do an internship as a part of the Masters degree, it was a course, I did not add it in the personal history section separately, as I thought it is already covered under Educational Activity. Should I add it separately?

That’s what I was wondering, if I add the co-op experience under Personal History it overlaps with my university timeline, however the co-op experience was part of my degree (I’m not claiming points from it)

When you put it under personal history does that mean no reference letter is required?
