I am currently an international student in Canada
I will be going back to my country (Iran) to get marry my girl friend and after that she wants to apply for spouse visa to join me here
Does any one know what sort of documents should I provide to ensure that she will get the visa?
How long after getting married is the best time for her to apply for Visa?
I have heard that the visa officers won't issue visa if they feel this is an arranged marriage?
