Hello everyone! I just receive my visa this week. Thank you everyone and to this forum for all the info I got although I've just been lurking here. Question... Kasi sa Confirmation of permanent residence form, yung middle name ko and middle name ng husband ko kulang ng 1 letter sa dulo. Pero sa visa ko correct naman middlename ko. Is this ok? TIA!

June 9 - Sent Application to CPC-M
June 28 - Application Received
August 26 - Sponsor DM
Sept 6 - Passport Request/NBI Clearance
Sept 14 - In Process
Oct 20 - Decision Made
Oct 25 - Visa Received

its ok kahit kulang ng letter ang name, surname o middle name sa COPR.. may limited space lang kasi yung paper..
once you land dito sa canada ipa correct mo na sa immigration officer kasi yan ang ilalagay nila sa card mo..
so nothing to worry!!

e-cas itself is very unreliable, in the sense that it is not regularly updated for everybody. many applicants got their visas without having updates to e-cas.

e-cas tracker is a third party program. as it is, you know....they get your email contacts in return.

Okay thank you Nester, One more thing the current mailing address on the net is not right, i mean its their typo error, do you think it will affect the processing of the papers?

no effect. They are processing the actual documents you submitted, not the entries in the e-cas. If you have been receiving letters with the correct address, there is no need to worry.

yan po yung cenomar. Pag wala kayong record na nagpakasal CENOMAR ibibigay (cert of no marrieage). Pag may record ng kasal, AOM ibibigay. Pag nagapply kayo, cenomar ang form na gagamitin.

hi all ako dec din kami nag apply ng wife ko latest status is desion made nung may 9 pa yung last update sa ecas and untill now still waiting and hoping na dumating na yung letter from visa office and approved sana!wish us all nalang and keep praying .....goodluck to all of us!!! ask ko lang sana kung ilang month it takes pa sa ecas eh desicion made na status?hope somebody could help me.thanks!
