I am on a student Visa here in canada and my fiance hold his PR card. We are planning to get married this year. Can you please advise how much time it will take for my PR application to be processed as his spouse (if he applies to sponsor me)?

Depends to the case and visa processing office. However, if everything goes well, probably within a year you can get PR visa.
