Spouse Sponsorship Help

I'm Brazilian, live in Brazil, married to a Canadian citizen from Quebec, we are trying to find ways for me to move in with her in Canada. We were thinking about sponsorship, but we're not sure if she's eligible to sponsor me, she doesn't have a full time job, but she has bank savings, also lives in her father's house and she is a full time student. Is it possible for her to sponsor me?

Ps.: She's 19yo, I'm 21yo and none of us have child or tried to sponsor someone previously.

She doesn't need to have any job, she just needs to have a plan about you will both cover expenses so that you (the non-Canadian) does not have to go on social assistance to get by in Canada.

That could mean a combination of family support, your ability to work, etc.

Provided that she can put together a plan like that, and isn't a criminal in jail or having been convicted of violent or sexual crimes against a family member, she is most likely eligible to sponsor you.
