Please help me with your advice.
I'm a Tunisian, permanent resident in Canada. I'm married and I want to sponsor my wife so we can live together. She's living in Tunisia.
I'm really confused between applying for her sponsorship in the Outbound categories, which will take at least 12 months, or applying for her Visitor Visa and once she comes here I apply for the sponsorship.
Is it ok to get Visitor Visa and apply for the sponsorship when she comes here?
I know that if we apply for the sponsorship, she can't get a positive decision about a visitor visa.
So please help me with finding the shortest path (time) to get her here.
Does she have significant ties to Tunisia? A job, property, family? Does she have travel history to countries like Canada? All of these will be factors for the TRV.
