On 16-Aug-2016 I applied to sponsor my wife and her application already transferred from Mississauga to Abu Dhabi office and online shows "In Process". It looks like it might take several months before the approval and visa get issued. Is it possible if I can apply visitor visa for her while the application in process? is this possible? thank you for the help in advance.

My hubby did his re-medical in August 2016 and his visa is valid till August 2017 means validity of visa depends on medical date but not always.

Yes, you can apply for her visit visa. Just try to establish grounds that she'll return before the end of her visit visa period and move there permanently after getting a PR....A letter from her employer or Institution (if she is studying) should do the trick. I hope you get it
FYI: If she gets called for an interview then she'll have to return to do it in Abu Dhabi.

I too got an interview request yesterday. It looks like ADVO is becoming too picky. We provided everything needed for to prove the genuineness of the marriage including pictures, papers, etc.
We also have problem since UAE visa is too hard to get. We will try to get a visa otherwise we will request change to another Visa Office. Is your interview also on Oct 25?
