I've always emailed MP's and have received responses every time via email. It helps to cc the leader of their party in parliament as well.

file resent on FEB 16, 2016 on the same day i signed this single paper and resent the file back to them.

Received email in the morning as below. I submitted my medicals within very next week after their request. As highlighted below, do you think after receiving my medical they will send passport request immediately or they will delay it for month ? :-[

If you have completed these medical examinations, please provide us proof of having done so by responding to this e-mail. My brother applied to sponsor his wife from Abu Dhabi on January 2016
They did not do the medical when they submitted the application so at the begining of July they received request to do medical, they did the medical on July 12 and submitted the document same day, today they received the passport request

So probably after submitting the medical papers, you will get passport request within 1 week
