I am waiting because my new employer will take 1 month to issue me visa and I have to pay fine as it will take 1 month. As i have resigned from my old employer and visa is cancelled it means no active visa is there on my passport all cancelled till date. I am afraid that what if they refuse me on the basis of no active visa/cancelled visa?

why u are giving chance to ADVO for raising any question your passport have cancelled uae visa which is quite enough for embassy. no requirement for uae active visa. send your passport once u got Canadian visa after that apply new employer visa.. otherwise embassy make issue that you are not interested to migrate Canada at this time that is why new visa on your passport.

Noted. Yes i also want to leave Asap after getting visa. Last question my passport is valid till March should i submit that? I will get my renewal passport on 15 December so should i wait for that or give the one which is active till March.

if u will submit your passport now your visa validity until march, only your medical is not expire before that.

because i received PPR from LVO which is quite different then ADVO.

Day before yesterday i submitted passport in ADVO, lets see how many days they will take.

My husband sent his passport on 15 Nov, ADVO received it on the 16 Nov , we are still waiting nothing yet
