hello
i need some information regarding spouse sponsership
i am a canadian citizen by birth presently residing in india.i recently got married in india.now i want to sponsar my spouse to canada.we both are living together in india and my spouse is canadian tourist visa holder till 2025. so please kindly guide me if there is any use or benefit of visa of my spouse.as we both are residing in india soplease guide us about the procedure or which way we should go inland sponsership or outland sponsership.

if the Canadian citizen sponsor is residing outside Canada.....for outland sponsorship....you will need to provide proof that the sponsor will move back to reside in Canada when the PR visa is approved for the principal applicant.

for inland sponsorship.....the sponsor and applicant are expected to be living inside Canada when the application is received and processed.

sponsorship inland and outland take around 12 months to complete processing.
