Seniors pls help me as my spouse sirname has been changed after first aor, and my sirname has been added in new passport. please guide me how to inform visa office about changes as i m sending my complete document by next week.

If I am correct, you do not need to write to CIO.
While filling the forms for full documents, use new name. You can write a cover letter also, and point-out this change explicitly, while submitting full documents.
