I have got PPR on August 01, 2017. In PPR, it says I should send my and my spouse's passport to Ottawa. I am staying in Canada for three and half years. I can send my passport to Ottawa. However, my spouse is in my home country. I have sent an email to CPC Ottawa about where to send her passport on August 02, 2017. So far, there is no reply from their side. What should be my next step?
You will have to wait for CPC Ottawa to reply to the Email as there is no other way to request a different Visa office assignment to your wife's passport. The standard reply may take up to 20 days, however, some members reported having an answer after 12 days.
