To be honest, I don’t remember what kind of docs he uploaded. From my side I have provided the enrollment letter, lease agreement, my Study Permit, my passport and bank statement

Thank you for the advise. But I am worrying about another thing now,

My wife work permit will expire on March 2018, only 5 more months remaining now.

Usually CIC says apply before 6 month of the validity of spouse OWP. I applied on 27-May-2017 , almost 10 months before the expiry of my spouse OWP expiry date.

Hey..if you have applied before 6 months time period you are fine. Just dont worry and wait calmly. We were in a same scenario last year and its very hard time. Just be patient.

Dear Gur,

Thank you so much for your message.

But my wife's OWP is going to expire on March 2018 , so even my application will get approved then I will get the permit only up to March 2018. Like same up to her OWP expiry date.

So then she will apply for to extend her stay - BOWP In such a case what I have to do next?

My spouse is in Canada from January 19 2017 on SOWP, and she came here based on my study permit and her status is going to end by November 30 2017. She is currently working in NOC job B (full time) from past 8 months.

Last Friday I got PGWP for 3 years, I am doing job as Test Engineer role in software industry(NOC B) with offer letter and 3 pay stubs (Joined on September 21 2017).

Now, I want to do extension of my spouse open work permit. Can any one have help me out in knowing details process (step by step) to apply SOWP extension? Please help me , I have only 25 days in hand.

Don't Worry, Within 2 or 3 weeks you will get PPR. This time you will get it.

Are you from south india? I mean Visa Application Center is Bangalore?

Also could you please write the list of all the documents you submitted for your application.

It will be a great help for other applicant also.

When you have time please read some previous posts. There is the answer, I saw it before many times, Unfortunately I forgot the correct page number. Some Applicants posted it before. ( Try to read all the posts Between Page 380 to 393)
