Can anyone tell...what is the average PROCESSING TIME for application approval after passing medical???

Hi,
I have applied for a spouse open work permit on Sep 11th via VFS bangalore , paper based and still no response .. All I see is application still being processed @vfs bangalore and its been more than 3 weeks now .
Anybody for September

Can you please let me know what are thr documents u have subbmitted. My wife is in canada on student visa and i wish to apply for SOWP

Below is our timeline,
SOWP, NOC-A
Applied on 17th July CIC Blore, paper based with upfront medicals and passport
Linked online on 11th September, medicals passed and eligibility of review started
Approved on 26th September, received approval letter, passport dispatched

Applied From – Canada (My Spouse’s Lawyer from Canada)

Type of Application – Online

Additional Documents Requirement – 18/04/2017

Decision on – 13/05/2017

Decision Result – SOWP Refusal



Reason for Refusal


Reason (1) The application Center didn’t receive LMIA Letter (Actually LMIA Letter is not required for SOWP from my knowledge)


Reason (2)The application center didn’t receive Spouse’s employment documents (Actually we submitted everything as PDF File)



After that My Spouse’s Lawyer applied again for the Second Time with updated documents.


Here is my timeline Second Time SOWP Application



Applied On – 26/05/2017

Applied From – Canada (My Spouse’s Lawyer from Canada)

Type of Application – Online



I am an Indian Citizen currently working in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.


So I believe that my application is processing from Embassy of Canada, Abu Dhabi because of my current resident status and also First SOWP refusal letter also from Embassy of Canada, Abu Dhabi.


Till now I never received any update about my Second SOWP application. Now 4 months finished. I don't know about the processing time at Embassy of Canada, Abu Dhabi.


I would like to know is there anyone who can help/advise me in this matter.
