Btw anyone knows if we have to go submit the e-medical tracking sheet/acknowledgement (that we get after medical from hospital), online or at the vfs?

Ahh just realized that you applied online. My wife submitted a paper application via VFS and she did not get an application number. We just have the tracking id to check the status on VFS website.
