I am new to this Forum. I would like to get some suggestions from you guys
When i was on my study permit, i applied SOWP for my wife and it got rejected twice.
The reasons for rejection was Unable to satisfy the legitimacy of marriage, and another one was no previous travel history.
I got that rejection in Nov 2016.
Now i am on Open Work Permit and already applied for AINP, and my spouse name is also there in dependents.
So, My question is, once i got AINP. What are the chances of my spouse to come to canada? and what should i apply after that SOWP or Visitor Visa for my spouse?
Do not apply for visitor visa as you will submit your PR application which contradict with your intention.
Apply for sowp as you are doing NOC B category job so your wife is eligible for SOWP.
make sure your submit enough picture,marriage invitation card, call records, chat history, whatever you can think of to prove relationship.
also write an emotional letter to VO.
I got a medical request for SOWP today. Here is my time line
- SOWP applied on Feb 23
- Gave medicals on March 4th (upfront Medicals given, with out being requested by CIC).
I inquired at CMM and they have forwarded my medicals on 9th march.
My question is Embassy has requested me to go for medicals. Please suggest how i can make a next step to forward medicals acknowledgement document to embassy.
