Usually they will upload the medicals in 5-7 business days. But yes you can always check with them just to make sure they have done their job. Doesn't harm

one more que.. what if i forgot to mention address of her father and mother in family info form . is possible to submit new one with CSE -upload document though web form ?

If you have already mentioned her address then I don't see it as an issue, as you can't upload any documents after submitting, if it's an online application. However, if it's paper based then I am not sure.
Was that online submission or paper based?
This varies from Case to case- I got the message on "medicals" after three days of my application submission for my wife. and Application got approved in exactly 33 days. So for us it took 30 days for approval after the message. But for some of my friends it took 40+ days to get the message on "Medicals" and their application got approved in less than 2 weeks from the day they received medicals passed message. So it really is a mystery. Hope your application gets approved early. Stay positive.

But, i see there one web form . you do changed ur addresses ,name or send additional document etc .. through Case specific inquiry. and upload it .. like this .. make sense? or else i have to wait for cic query?
