She is applying alone, so you are not included in the application. Hence your account cannot be used. It was possible if you were applying as principal applicant and her's was included as a dependent.

There is no format of cover letter since it is not a formally required document. It is there to explain whatever you need to explain as clearly as possible with evidence. So please just write what you need to.

Hi Everyone

I applied for my wife's dependent visa online with upfront medical on december 15 2016.
The medical report that we attached is valid for 1 year but now CIC has requested a medical again.
When my wife visited to hospital for medical they told that they cannot do medical again unless previous medical is expired.
In that case what we should do know ?

I would like to know regarding OWP. My wife is Canadian citizen and we have submitted our application for Sponsorship under Family Class (Spouse). I am liviving in UAE and would like to join my family in Canada as my child is also Canadian citizen and living in Canada with his mother.

Kindly let me know if I can apply for OWP and how long should it take.

The current processing time is 10 weeks(70 days), so file a CSE after 6 more days.They will reply you after 7-10 days of filing CSE.

Relax buddy - they are busy with study permits
So relax - most of time work permit files are dealyed//

So whts next, it has been 101 Days, as processing times is 10 weeks. I think there is no sense of sending CSE as they not going to reply easily.

Really frustrating.

I think they didn't even touched Our applications till now.

Ya its long proceesing times. If I put CSE they going to reply after 10- 15 Days, so its better wait more.

HI I also applied on 20th December and have heard nothing till now. No medical request nothing. Please let me know if you get any update and I will post if I get any update.

Medicals Passed on February 15, 2017.
No update after that.
