Hi did anyone applied for spouse open work permit on June July in Bangalore vfs with upfront medical n paper based application

Applied on 17th from bangalore with upfront medicals

I went there on 19 July after that no response from him.i called 3 days before and his assistant said that they are also waiting for the response from cic when they will get any information they will inform me .

Okay, in my case his assistant told me that they usually get response in 3 business days, but let's see what they got on tuesday. Is ur MP from BC?

It was paper application , no medical request no update same update shown as 1st day

Very general reply..your file is under processing.yes my file is in chandigarh and I applied on 23 February online.

there is not much MP can do with your file. Only thing we can do is wait and its not easy.

And hav'nt got any medical and nothing right .you have waited more than 5 month.
