Spouse Open Work Permit Paper Based with Medical Upfront applied in New Delhi

So anybody applied together for both work permit and SOPW? I am still waiting to get an update for SOPW.

Anyone's got an insight on average time duration to get medical passed once the report has been uploaded by the clinic?

My Wife got her SOWP Approved yesterday. Our timelines are -

Applied Paper based with Medical upfront in New Delhi on 10.06.2016
Approved on 19.07.2016.

has anybody got medical request after they did medical check up upfront? I called up the clinic and they said it happens sometimes and then I need to let CIC know the UMI number clinic gave me. I emailed and also did a CSE, is this right course of action under this circumstances?

I applied for work permit and SOWP together on June 20th, my work permit was approved yesterday but I am still waiting for my wife SOWP (status is sill requesting medical records).

It seems like there is no quick way let CIC New Delhi know of her UMI number. I am thinking of redoing the medical with IME form they provided so that at least medicals get uploaded before 30 days time limit.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Also IRCC call center works on Canadian local time?

Just to update, I made my wife re-do her medicals with IME form from CIC website on last Monday, 25 July and her medicals was passed today, 30th July.

I work in Canada and my wife is here on Visitor Visa. She is eligible for PR application ( FSW category).

Can she apply for PR Visa (FSW) while living here on Visitor Visa ?

or

She needs to go back India and apply PR from home country (India) ?

Please can anyone suggest if already have applied PR from Canada while staying on Visitor Visa

hello bro. same thing happened with my wife. we have submitted upfront medical but still we got passport request. did you do re medical examination or told hospital to upload old one with IME number?
