Did you applied for BOWP ? Also when your spouse get SOWP can she also get extension on basis of BOWP.

Yes. I've applied for BOWP, it's been a month now. Yes, she can get an extension.

hii all.. I applied SOWP on 29 June at Vfs Ahmedabad-Paper Based. I was working as Office Admin that Time. Now I changed my Job to Food Service Supervisor. Anybody have idea how can I let CIC know about new job ?

Hi guys I have applied for work permit on 21st July online application. Can anyone tell me that how long does it take nowadays to process. I have seen so many reviews that at times it takes 1 month or 2 months and even 3-4 months as well. Instant reply would be really appreciated. Thanks

Hey, just wondering, what was your status showing on the eTA page when they made the Passport Request. Was it still showing 'In Progress'? And also, what's the status now?

I have provided all documents to lawyer possible s she wil apply today. I'm just wondering how will she try for reconsideration.... though i have asked her to email delhi cic office directly n for that there needs to b no fee. Lets hope she does her work properly. I also asked her to mention in her explanation that i had a UK post study visa for 2 years also after my study. But i returned back home within the first year of the visa already and never went back. The only reason i went and had extensions in Philippines was that my gf was there and i eventually married her also and secured a TRV. Alot of people tell me they suspect me more cos of my Philippines travel history. But i dnt get it, i always took extensions through the immigration office legally and eventually i did depart. Its very obvious the girl i love is there and im more inclined to go to her time to time. I really hope they will b convinced this time to allow. it will b my last try.
