Many july application are getting late soon u will get too just check online daily. Is your wife on student visa or pr?

I'm trying to apply for spouse open work permit, (my spouse in Canada, skilled worker, NOC B, under LMIA)
so I have a list of documents what I need to upload:

Imm1295
Family info
Passport
Digital photo
Medical exam
Proof of Relationship
Schedule 1 - TRV (imm 5257)
Client information

My question is, where I should upload my spouse offer of employment, pay stabs, LMIA etc.? on client information?

or I answered wrong when I choose application?

Did you receive notes bcoz my file also refused with same reason and I also applied notes too
 
I have applied sowp on behalf of my wife she is on study in Canada and my file refused with reason 205 C ii please let me know if anyone knows about it and i also applied notes too I don't know about reason.

1. forgot to mention US visa REFUSAL.
2. could not satisfy that i will leave Canada at the end of my stay.
letter shows i can reapply again if i can respond to these concerns. and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.
PLEASE Help me for these questions
(1) how can i give best respond to the above refusal letter?
(2) should i apply again same visa?
(3) there is any other visa available which can help my husband to join me.? please help me thanks.! i will be appreciate for any answer

Next time mention why u got us refusal and show home country ties , like funds and property
