You have spent no time together in your marriage so that is another issue. Show that you have been together for many years prior. Also show that you have been going back and forth to visit regularly during your time off. Need to show that you have a personal relationship and not just long distance.

Yeah. We have GCMS notes for the first application which was refused in May 2024 and have also ordered the GCMS notes for the second and third applications.

Your consultant suggested to apply again before getting the GCMS notes? Why rush to apply again after a second refusal without address issues in the second application?

Anyway, not sure what's the reason until you get the GCMS notes. And now with 3 refusal happening in a short period of time, as others have said, this is flagged and spend some time with her or continue with long distance until you are free to visit again.

The consultant did not suggest to apply again. We just applied out of frustration.

No. I have not visited since then.

That is likely an issue. Although I understand studies make it difficult to travel you did prioritize getting married in the middle of your studies so it is not unreasonable to expect at least a short visit every year. If this was an arranged marriage with no in person dating and the marriage was your only time in person as a couple the lack of regular in person visit becomes more concerning to IRCC.
