Spouse open work permit application in Canada

My husband and kids are outside Canada , but I want to apply for spouse open work permit and visitors visa for them, respectively. I will be submitting the application on their behalf from Canada. I am an international student in Canada. Please, if you have done this before, kindly put me through. I need information about the forms I will need and how to fill the forms. Your suggestions will go a long way.
