Spouse open work permit -Abu Dhabi 2021

Dear fellows
I applied for my spouse open work permit in May 2021 that is processing via Abu Dhabi office. There is no update except biometric. I ordered GCMSnotes and just received them. I didn’t understand few point in summary. Anyone can help kindly.

What is counter foil ??!
Elqigibikty: review reuqired
Means the eligibility is in progress or not started yet????

What’s is vit??????

I don’t see any notes of VO
do you suggest me to re apply or wait. So frustrating

What country are you from? I think you are from Pakistan so processing is around a year.

Counterfoil - this is the stamp in your passport
Eligibility hasn’t started (Again if from Pakistan, there are several months to go)

Who said its a year timeline for SOWP processing time from Pakistan. Its just 19 weeks nowadays.

Was a while back and it changes every week. As OP asked, eligibility review hasn’t started so it will likely be almost a year for the OP as application was made in May.

On the IRCC check processing site. As I said over a 4 month period, it can go up many weeks or months and then down. It is never consistent.

Yeah I just checked there. I was 13 weeks in Nov/Dec then 17 weeks and now 19.

No. Just medical was updated yesterday. I am afraid my apouse application will be rejected as my permit has only six months left now
