iam in canada holding employer specific workpermit and i got pnp but that expired. now iam planning to bring my spouse on open workpermit and children on study permit. so how can i apply that. my spouse working in UAE with indian passport . please some one answer me who has to apply for spouse open workpermit . me or my spouse?

She has to create her own GC account and apply for it.
