spouse online visa rejected HELP

I applied spouse TRV for second time and this time they rejected again
Purpose: first wedding anniversary
docs: 6 months bank statement (spouse)
vehicle license , purchase paper
employment paper, 6 months pay slips, NOC letter for 2 weeks leave approval
lease agreement
Dubai work visa valid until 2017
day to day itinerary including cost
Invitation letter

Reason for refusal-
travel history
family ties to Canada and country of residence


First time refusal
purpose-spouse convocation
refusal reasons
-employment situation
-financial assets
-family ties to Canada and country to residence

I don't understand what the hell they want from us every time they add a new reason!!!!
NVM I want to know can I apply for the third time within next 2-3 days?
Will this affect any future applications of PR?
What other docs I can show to support?
Its our 1st wedding anniversary and I want my spouse to be here

Hi,sorry to hear that your spouse TRV already rejected two times.But don't lose your hope......meantime you should be take technical step....In stead of Canada,you advised your spouse to apply for US B2 Visa.Meantime you can also apply same US Visa at Canada also.Hope both will get US B2 Visa easily & both of you can stay in USA for sometime.Then you will back to Canada & your spouse will back to UAE.After some time you can again apply for your spouse TRV Visa either in UAE or USA which will be more fruitful.Kindly don't think to apply third time in the same places which result will become same as earlier.

No,I did not mean it.As already your spouse rejected two times,so chances are very low to get visa within short time even you apply more & more.But if you want to stay sometime along with your spouse,right now you have two option-either you have to visit at your spouse places or your spouse need to visit at your places. But both of you can try to obtain US Visa to over come current critical situation which is beyond your control.

IMO your husband should not apply for a few months until he is able to improve his financial and other ties. In fact, I had advised earlier too that he shouldn't reapply.

He is paid cash.... he deposited his earnings in his cousin's bank account..... does his employer pay him through bank transfers now?..... he does not have any strong ties to Dubai (except for his employment).

Too many successive TRV refusals will affect/delay the PR. It's your decision though if you want to reapply in the next 2-3 days

This time he showed the online transfer of his pay. Also, we showed rent agreement, rent receipts and vehicle purchase paper , driving license.

IMO don't apply again at least for 6 months... try to make some changes of ur situation as bryanna told.
