Hi , I am looking for a suggestion in regards to my husband PR file, my husband is currently in Canada with work permit status while I just recently came in Canada as student permit.
We got married 6 months ago.
My husband is about to create Express entry profile with having 1 year of experience in Canada.
But we got some confusion and looking for help.
Below are my questions
1. Can my husband put seperate file as single? As it's benefits him for points
2. Can he put my spouse PR file after he gets PR?
3. Is there any other options available for us which you guys suggest to avoid loosing points?

1. No, he can't apply as single. He would have to apply with you listed as non-accompanying and make it very clear that he is doing so in order to increase his score.

Hi
Is that fine to explain that applying in order to increase points? I have been looking for someone who did that and successful but it seems unacceptable reason
