Not accompanying spouse? Reason in PR application

Hi guys,
Any help in my situation is much appreciated.

I created a profile in EE saying my husband will NOT accompanying me, so that my CRS points will be more and got ITA.

But the thing is we both are already in canada and holding a valid work permit till July 2019.

So is it fine to apply for PR saying my husband will not accompany me, even though he is already in canada? Is this fine to go with this approach.

You can apply however you will have to provide a concrete reason for him not accompanying you.

Tell them the truth. Else it will go under misinterpretation.

I am in a similar situation.. please let me know if you got PR approved and the reason that you put for spouse as not accompanying
