Hey my wife had an interview on 2nd March at new Delhi office but we didn't get any reply. should I contact to MP or I wait for immigration reply.

It can take anywhere from a few days to several months to receive an update after an interview. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait. There is nothing your MP can do to assist.
