Hi everyone, I come from Vietnam. I have received an email from Manila request for police certificate, IMM 5406 & 5669, MR( medical report). I have some proplems need to ask:
1. My mother has visitted canada over 6 months, so she need a crime of record in canada, has anybody know what company is good for that?
2. How will I send these doccument, because I read " please return....to the address above, to the attention of the Family class processing section". But in additional information, the mail say that submit documents by email or Visa assistance or CIC account.
So can I send these documents to manila by email or I have to send EMS to the address on the mail:
Embassy of Canada, Manila - Ambassade du Canada, Manille
Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza
6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City1200, Philippines

Hi its almost 1wk after namin sinend passport namin sa canada application centre here in manila. I thought it would only take 1wk pero wala pa hangang ngayon ilang wks ang hihintayin bago ibalik ung passport with stamp?

I believe the IRCC webform goes to Mississauga....after na attach na nila PCC and sched A mo, tska lang papadala sa Manila pag complete na

This morning my MyCIC account changed from "The next step is to conduct a background check.." to "We are processing your background check..."

Tonight me and my husband saw his ECAS and it said DM!!!

annulled po ako at yung mga kids nasa Pinas (while Im working here in Dubai). It is really required po to have Authorization Letter with me and my ex wife signature? or sa aking lang is fine? si nanay ko po kasi ang papasamahin ko but need ng authorization letter. kids (age 12 and 8) are with me since 2011 and my ex wife is just roaming around..

any point is appreciated po.. sori for dropping by in your thread..

Hi, would suggest sa IOM mo na lang sila ipa-medical. You have na the medical request form for each one of them? Secure ka lang ng Authorization Letter for your mother and provide also a copy of your passport. Make sure also that your Mom has government ID to present to the building security and another one for the IOM.

PS: -- You mentioned you are annulled, sayo ba binigay ng court ang decision about parental authority for the kids? If not, you will have to have your ex-wife sign the IMM 5604 for both kids.

+1 for Survivor's advise. So long as merong pertinent ID ang sasama Po Sa kanila to get the Medicals done.

Ask ko Lang Po, yung IME issued from Local Visa office di Po ba? Kc Po Kung annulled kayo but custody was given to your ex, I am assuming na may IMM5604 na na- attached kayo Sa app Nyo Po? I'm just trying to understand Po ung case Nyo.

For easement na din, email mo na lang si IOM < mhc.can@iom.int > Mabilis naman sila mag-reply. Most likely sometime tomorrow na sila magreply since Sunday pa right now Don't be so detailed na lang about your ex-wife. Just say that you are the applicant under PNP stream with non-accompanying dependents. Since you are working in Dubai, confirm mo na lang if they need an authorization letter from you as your kids will be accompanied by your mother for the required medical exam.

sori sa magulong istorya ko hahaha..

annulled po ako , meron akong 2 kids ke ex..
opo yung IME galing po sa local visa office ..., kaya po walang IMM5604 is sa appli ko po non accompanying sila , as custody stated in the annulment was granted to my ex (though sad to say iniwan nya po sa akin).. di rin ako makapag apply ng solo parent kasi po nandito me sa Dubai..
anyway po, ang meron lang sa akin now is IMM1017 (MR form)..

my query is sa authorization letter (trying to avoid my ex in this process).. kung pede ako na lang ang pipirma authorizing my Nanay na samahan sila for medical and to get medical records ng 2 kiddos ko..
sa IOM po yata kahit isa lang ang pumirma as long as merong ID at me ID si Nanay is ok na , as Survivors suggest..

medyo nagagahol lang kasi visa office give me 30 days lang to get medical..
