can I use my Maiden name in my forms since my passport still in maiden name and it will take long for the appointment in DFA.
what about status? it should be MARRIED even you use maiden name instead of your husband's name?
police clearance, NBI and medical? would it be okay to use maiden name too but MARRIED status?
If you ever wish to take your married name then changing it while you are waiting for your Family Class Sponsorship to be over and updating them before a decision made will save you some heartache in the long run. The process to change your last name in Canada can be very tedious and for us in particular we have to fly to another part of the country to make appointments with the Philippines embassies. Also changing your name at licence bureau although it only takes some processing time can accrue a good amount of money per ID change. That aside if you do not wish to change you will have no problems using your maiden name with a married status. I think in the end this is personal preference.
PM kinuha ko. As long as you get there before they closed. Ako kasi based from last year experience, mas Ok pumunta pag magsara na sila. Like in Galleria, NBI there is open until 7pm. Yesterday I got there just before 7pm and wala ng tao. It took me only about 2 minutes Yun lang, after a week ko pa makuha kasi may "Hit" daw kahit naman ako din yun
1. Have you ever been married?
2. Have you ever been divorced?
3. Do you have a child/children?
4. Have you ever been convicted?
Yun lang mga tinanong sa akin...Good luck sa lhat!!!
Hi Jungjung! Welcome to Canada! Am a PR here for a year now and currently waiting for my husband's PPR, ano status ng husband mo dito sa Canada? am just wondering kung nag pass ka PSA BC nya upon receiving AOR2. Thank you
Generic AOR2 email lang po nareceive ko, is there such thing as personalized AOR2? Naka specify po ba yung additional requirements na kelangan I submit? We did not submit my PSA BC (I am the sponsor, permanent resident) Its been 3 months na since nareceive namin yung AOR2, wala na ibang update

What exactly ba was the message? Yes, it is generic as per previous posts shared by those who received theirs before. As far as I know, pag PR ang sponsor, need din mag submit ng PSA BC. That's what I've read in the past months here. Yung iba naman nag initiate na lang to submit just to avoid further delay of their application.
Pwede naman po walk in, dati ako may kasabay na ang walk in dun na sila nag bayad then picture tapos release na. kaso matatagalan ka lang kapag may hit yung name m, kasi itetext ka na lng nila if kelan m balikan yun nbi clearance.
ano po HIT?? yung may same name or bad records? dbyung purpose na ilalagay ntin sa NBI for immigrtion requirements?
nakareceived na ako confirmation na nabayaran ko n. now, wats next? hindi b ako magdadala ng printed nbi form or yung recipt lng na katunayan bayad na ako?

HIT means you have namesake or kapangalan. Print mo yung payment confirmation kasi nandyan yung Reference no. na titingnan nila. About the purpose, Ok lang Immigration Requirements but for me I chose Visa Canada.
