I applied for my express entry an is there any chance that My husband can apply with another profile.
 
Why would you want to do that? You can add your spouse to your application.

I'm guessing you have an ee profile with him added as spouse?

Yes, he can have a profile with you as a spouse.

I am in the same situation. I am the main applicant with my boyfriend as a spouse (440) and he is the main applicant with me as a spouse in another profile (426).

You should only accept one ita though. If you are both offered one you should decline one.
 
Actually Express entry calculates your points as the maximum for the two situations.
