Spouse Canadian experience says 0

Hello, I am new here please guide.

I am the principal applicant of my EE profile and My old profile expired hence I created a new one. Although every information there is same and I got the same points in my new profile for each category, My spouse Canadian experience says 0. we had 5 points for that in the previous profile. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

My spouse Work experience says 0. I lost 7 points. Please update if you get some info. I will also do the same. Thanks

Hey... when did you apply for your EE? Mine was okay before the new teer system came in. When I update that i lost 5 points as well..

Hey,
I created my new EE profile yesterday with new TEER system.
Before this, my spouse work experience points showed 7 points. All the info is same like my last profile.
If I calculate my score using CRS score calculator, then my spouse exp points are added, but in profile it shows 0.
I think this will be updated soon.

Thats exactly what happened to me as well.. my profile expired and I re applied with the new teer system.. and now The points for spouse experience are 0. Anyways I hope it updates before the next draw. Also if you hear anything about this please let me know. Thankyou in advance

After updating the new TEER code, I too lost my spouse's points and showed the individual applicant score, not sure why and what to do
