spouse birth certificate a must under EE?

Hi there,

I’m preparing my documents to upload under CEC.

Is it mandatory to provide birth certificate for spouse? It’s not mentioned in the document checklist.

The problem is I being the principal applicant have mine but my spouse’s birth certificate is not in English/French and we are shortly out of time to get it translated.

Who can translate a document?

Not required for both PA or spouse.

CIC does not ask for Birth Certificate from PA or spouse

CIC does not ask for Birth Certificate from PA or spouse

but, if you are get PT invitation by Ontario to submit Application, then you must submit birth certificate in the application... it is mandatory for OOPNP..
