um... yup! i think decision made means you will find out the results very soon. from what i've read on here, if you didn't have an interview "decision made" is generally very good news. woo woo!!!

i would imagine yes. i have no idea how long it takes. my suggestion is to look through threads that track monthly progress, and see what others have been saying, and check the spreadsheets too to get an overall "average" for that month. may be best to start with the same month you applied or the month before.
